Designed for players aged 12+ already playing at a strong technical level, with the ambition to progress in performance hockey.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

• 3D skills, elimination & aerials 

• Defensive play & 1v1 situations 

• Goalscoring (forehand & reverse) 

• Penalty corners & flicking 

• Gameplay & match strategies

COACHING 

Delivered by experienced coaches including Scottish Senior & Junior internationals, providing high-level technical coaching.
